Job Description

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for Senior Marketing Manager for its chain of Coffee Shops (DROP Coffee) & upcoming Restaurants in Karachi.
The candidate will be responsible for leading the Cross Functional teams for the execution of Marketing Strategy & Business Development by coordinating with service departments and stakeholders (internal & external) for seamless execution. The candidate will work closely with the International & regional teams to optimize operational efficiency.
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Primary function is to bring in business
- Prepare marketing budget, plans, and campaigns
- Compile the material for the quarterly newsletter.
- Compile the marketing material for updating the website
Job Type: Full-time on Site (Corporate Office Karachi) 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
Salary Range: Rs.175,00 – Rs.225,00 per month
Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skill Required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Restaurant/ Fast Food/ Service Industry.
- MBA – Marketing
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 360
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
