Job Description of Marketing Coordinator
Celeritas is looking to hire a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to help develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and create content for blogs, articles, social media, marketing collaterals and the company website.
Responsibilities:
· Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and advertising campaigns.
· Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities that can be used to improve marketing strategies.
· Manage and coordinate marketing projects and events, such as webinars, video recordings and promotions, ensuring they are delivered on time.
· Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters and presentations.
· Track the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports to management on a regular basis.
· Manage customer databases and ensure that information is accurate and up-to-date.
· Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners, to ensure that marketing activities are aligned with business goals.
· Work with the sales team to develop sales tools and collateral that will help them sell products and services more effectively.
· Develop content for blogs, articles, social media content calendar and the company website
· Having basic knowledge of keyword searching tools, on-page SEO, Link Building and WordPress.
Requirements:
· A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication or a related field
· Proven work experience of minimum 1 to 2 years
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Manage multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines
· Strong analytical skills for analyzing data, conducting research, and evaluating marketing campaigns
· Ability to think creatively and come up with new and innovative marketing ideas
· Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and SEO
· Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
· Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
