Job Description
Ace Research is hiring a Marketing Executive in Islamabad for coordinating with clients, managing administrative tasks, dealing with procurement departments, and submitting proposals and documents.
Job Requirements:
- Coordination with companies for business development
- Getting appointments with concerned persons for meetings
- Tender/RFP understanding and submissions
- Email coordination with clients
- Conducting meetings when required
- Drafting proposals, emails, vendor submission documents
- Making online surveys when required
- Procurement administrative work
- Managing HR related tasks
- Making presentations
Competencies / Skills:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong writing skills
- Presentable to portray the right company image
- Good negotiation skills
- Disciplined and Reliable
- Hands-on experience on writing & coordination
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
