Job Description
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a blend of creativity and analytical thinking. They will excel in conducting in-depth market research to devise an effective marketing strategy targeting the desired audience. The candidate should have a keen eye for evaluating marketing processes and be proactive in enhancing outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with corporate entities to support Akhuwat’s fundraising endeavors.
- Implement Donor Retention Programs (DRP) to retain current corporate donors.
- Coordinate donor visits, corporate events, and engagement activities to promote Akhuwat’s initiatives.
- Secure institutional and corporate support through collaborative efforts and sponsorships.
- Assist in organizing annual events for key donors to generate funds for the Akhuwat Endowment Fund.
- Arrange site visits for donors to witness Akhuwat projects firsthand.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
- 2-3 years of related work experience.
- Proficient in analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
- Customer-centric approach and ability to drive initiatives. Social media experience is a plus.
