POSITION OVERVIEW (Read since its important)

As a Marketing Executive at our Mad Mercury Creative, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for supporting and executing marketing strategies for our diverse client portfolio. This position offers comprehensive hands-on experience and guidance where necessary.

This is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates and those with a bit of practical work experience. This role offers growth opportunities, progressing to Senior Marketing Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for client brands.
• Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, both conventional and digital.
• Social Media Marketing: Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns.
• Social Media Management: Execute day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling posts and monitoring platforms, and responding to audience engagement in a timely manner when necessary.
• Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, implementation, and analysis of social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Creativity: Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
3. Social Media Platforms: Knowledge of popular social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
4. Digital Marketing: Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
5. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members, clients, and online communities.
6. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and stay updated on the latest trends and features of social media platforms.
