Job Description
We are looking for a motivated individual for our Sales and Marketing Executive position at our landmark luxury apartment project based in Islamabad, Sukh Chayn Residence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- 3 Years’ Experience in Real Estate or Marketing field
- Proficiency in English
Responsibilities:
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
- Develop and deliver sales presentations
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements
- Collect and analyze information to prepare data and sales reports
- Build and maintain professional networks including but not limited to cold calling, qualifying leads, developing leads, and customer service
- Maintain and develop client relations for new and existing customers, develop need-based marketing relations
- Develop sales documentation including spreadsheets, correspondence, sales proposals, and internal paperwork for new & existing members
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns
- Maintain procedures that enhance the efficiency of the marketing team
- Attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; prepare post-event reports and analysis
