BTCM LLC. manages more than 200 Retail Stores & Gas Station along with various properties spread across 50 cities in the United States. As one of the leading players within the retail and convenience store industry, BTCM provides unparalleled service to its customers.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for Senior Marketing Manager for its chain of Coffee Shops (DROP Coffee) & upcoming Restaurants in Karachi.
The candidate will be responsible to lead the Cross-Functional teams for the execution of Marketing Strategy & Business Development by coordinating with the service department and stakeholders (internal & external) for seamless execution. The candidate will work closely with the International & regional teams to optimize operational efficiency.
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Primary function is to bring in business
- Prepare marketing budget, plans, and campaigns
- Compile the material for the quarterly newsletter.
- Compile the marketing material for updating the website
Job Type: Full-time on Site (Corporate Office Karachi) 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
Salary Range: Rs.175,00 – Rs.225,00 per month
Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skill Required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Restaurant/ Fast Food/ Service Industry.
- MBA – Marketing
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 360
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
