Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Marketing Specialist role located in Lahore District at RS Energy. The Marketing Specialist will identify and develop marketing strategies to promote the company’s solar solutions and services. They will create and implement marketing plans and campaigns that support RS Energy’s sales goals, and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the solar or sustainable energy industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated skills in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and email marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM software
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product development.
- Experience with business-to-business (B2B) marketing is preferred
