Job Description
Turbo Brands Factory is seeking a talented and innovative Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scaling our advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), and TikTok Ads, focusing on performance and data analysis to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities: You will plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, create compelling ad creatives and copy, analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, implement audience segmentation, and report metrics to scale successful initiatives.
Requirements: Ideal candidates will have experience with Google, Meta, or TikTok ads, a solid understanding of key marketing metrics, a creative mindset with a testing approach, and familiarity with eCommerce or fashion.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month | Work Location: In person
