Job Description
We are a dynamic market intelligence SaaS platform known for delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. Our platform automates the collection of market intelligence, which is then meticulously reviewed and enriched by our team of skilled analysts. As we continue to expand our operations, we seek a Senior Manager to lead our growing team of market intelligence analysts.
Role Description
As a Customer Success Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting, training, and managing our team of around 20 analysts, with the expectation of further growth. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients receive high-value, easily digestible commentary on market trends and insights, free from duplications and irrelevant data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead, manage, and grow the team of analysts. Ensure optimal performance, motivation, and professional development.
- Recruitment and Training: Oversee the hiring and training of new analysts, ensuring they align with our quality standards and company culture.
- Quality Assurance: Implement strategies to maintain and enhance the quality of our market intelligence reports.
- Process Optimization: Continually refine processes for collecting, reviewing, and commenting on market intelligence to increase efficiency and value.
- Client Engagement: Liaise with clients to understand their needs and tailor our services accordingly.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with other departments to integrate market intelligence into broader company strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Market Research, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing a team in market intelligence, research, or a related field.
- Skills: Exceptional written English, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Characteristics: Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
