Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mathematics Specialist located in Hyderabad District. The Mathematics Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum, materials, and assessments to support student learning in mathematics. They will also provide professional development and coaching to teachers to ensure effective mathematics instruction and student achievement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in mathematics
- Experience in developing and implementing mathematics curriculum, materials, and assessments
- Experience providing professional development and coaching to teachers in mathematics instruction
- Strong understanding of math standards and proficiency in mathematics content knowledge
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues, students, and families
- Experience with technology to support mathematics instruction is desirable
- Knowledge of and commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive education practices
