Job Description

You will collaborate with project teams to convert External Designs into Internal Design Specifications for developers. Your role will ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality programming, aligning with Global Delivery Center standards. Engage with external designers in design walkthroughs, clarify functional requirements, and create detailed specifications in varying formats to suit the programming team’s skills.
Ideal candidates should have experience in MDM, C2M, Pre-paid Billing, and the Utility Domain.
