Job Description
Purpose:
To record consumer meters reading as per cycle days.
Education:
Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
1 to 2 years’ of relevant experience.
Areas Of Responsibilities:
Business:
- Ensure readings of 100% consumer population of the IBC as per daily assigned cycle day/MRUs.
- Ensure that the entire reading activity is carried out through HHU (Hand Held) devices while exercising due care in handling of the provided device.
- Undertake check reading as and when assigned by Line Manager.
- Ensure uploading of entire reading data to web server within prescribed duty timings.
- Ensure identification of visible meter and theft-related discrepancies through MR notes for necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure capturing reading pictures of normal population of the IBC for the purpose of printing on the bill.
Health, Safety & Environment:
- Ensure that the department operates in accordance with all the applicable health, safety, and environmental protocols leading towards the safety and well-being of staff & public.
