Job Description

The MEAL Officer will lead monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning for the Green Skills Project, ensuring program quality and measurable impact through data-driven approaches.

  • Design and maintain M&E tools; manage data collection, cleaning, and analysis.
  • Produce timely reports and data visualizations for stakeholders and donors; facilitate learning sessions.
  • Ensure beneficiary feedback mechanisms, support field monitoring visits, and coordinate with partners and communities.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field; at least 2 years of MEAL experience (preferably in green skills or vocational projects); strong Excel and data visualization skills; excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
