Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented MEAL Officer to join our team at Oxfam. As a MEAL Officer, you will be responsible for Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning activities within our organization.

Your main duties will include designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, conducting data analysis, and producing insightful reports to drive program improvement.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, data analysis, and have a good understanding of MEAL methodologies. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams are essential.
