Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a MEP Engineer located in Clifton, Karachi. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for daily tasks related to Plumbing, MEP Coordination, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), and Building Services. The MEP Engineer will design and develop MEP plans and layouts, manage MEP installation projects, and ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
- 3-4 years of relevant experience is a must.
- Strong knowledge in Plumbing, MEP Coordination, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), and Building Services
- Experience in MEP design and project management
- Knowledge in building codes and standards and ability to ensure compliance with them
- Carry out routine maintenance work and quickly responds to Equipment’s Faults and work on Technical Audit Points.
- Good Knowledge of Mechanical, electrical, Safety, HVAC, Compressors, Fire Alarm and controlling
- Control Maintenance tools, stores and equipment’s, and also develop an inventory of technical equipment lists
- Monitor and control maintenance cost, energy cost and improve health and safety policies in surrounding areas
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience using MEP software and tools
