Role Description
- A background in short film making or Reel production, demonstrating a deep understanding of the creative and technical aspects involved in video production.
- Lead the team to ensure the production of high-quality content, addressing and resolving any issues related to video production.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the video production team to maintain a high-performance work environment.
- Keep the Creative team informed of production challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Film, Video Production, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in producing high-quality video content for social media.
- Experience in coaching, leadership, and team management skills.
- Expertise in video production processes, post-production editing, and the use of editing software such as Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro X.
- Demonstrated ability to translate a creative vision into a successful final product.
- Proven ability to develop and manage project budgets and timelines.
Salary: 100 k to 120 K
Location: DHA, Phase 3, Lahore
