Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Assistant with over 2 years of experience in call center or similar setting to provide virtual assistance to healthcare providers in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual assistance to healthcare providers.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate patient interactions and medical records.
- Adhere to confidentiality and data security guidelines.
- Participate in training programs for skill enhancement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of call center experience.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
- Flexibility to work evening hours as per US time zones.
- Located in Valencia Town, Lahore.
