Job Description
TransCure, a leading medical billing company, is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Client Success/Transition Manager. This office-based role offers the following details:
- Job Title: Client Success / Transition Manager
- Shift Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
- Experience Required: 5 years+
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Growth teams on all new leads, providing technical assistance in sales calls.
- Conduct external audits and deliver compelling presentations.
- Ensure the smooth onboarding and transition of all new clients.
- Uphold compliance with all commitments made to clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather positive feedback.
