Job Description
Sourcecode Software House is looking for a meticulous and committed Medical Call QA Executive to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Evaluating both inbound and outbound calls related to our medical campaign to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Verifying the authenticity of leads and maintaining thorough, accurate documentation.
- Identifying areas for improvement in call handling and service delivery, providing constructive feedback aimed at enhancing quality.
- Conducting training sessions and coaching to address performance gaps, fostering continuous improvement.
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
