Job Description
Qualifications:
Intermediate or O/A Levels
Experience:
Fresh to 1-year experience in an international call center.
Job Duties:
- Receiving patient incoming calls
- Appointment scheduling
- Eligibility & Benefits of patients
- Authorization of services
- Insurance & patient communication
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Monday – Friday)
Location: Saddar, Karachi
Job Type: Full-time
Application Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- No Criminal Record
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
