Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Laboratory Technician at Shaheen Medical Laboratories and Health services in Islamabad. Responsibilities include conducting laboratory tests, analysing samples, maintaining equipment, and communicating results to healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- Certification from a recognized medical laboratory training program
- Experience in medical laboratory or hospital setting
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment, procedures, safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using laboratory software and information management systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team with healthcare professionals
