Job Description
Duties:
- Timely manage checklist to ensure accuracy on all bills and records requests and data entry; over-communicating and internally documenting status is a must
- Request and obtain necessary documents from medical providers; perform detailed review of records in accordance with Company policies
- Execute to results: complete monthly packet quota
- Ad hoc projects administered by Bills and Records Supervisor
Requirements:
- Four-year undergraduate degree
- Two+ years of professional experience
- Relevant experience in generating or requesting, and reviewing medical bills and/or records for a provider (professional or facility)
- Experience with law firm, healthcare, revenue cycle management, or Needles software a plus
- Attention to detail; organization skills; ability to self-prioritize; ability to supervise/manage a process and execute with various simultaneous requesting parties
- Professional presence in internal and external communications
- Comfortable working during US hours 6 pm – 3 am, Monday – Friday.
