Role Description: This full-time on-site role involves coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at Pelican Mall. Responsibilities include overseeing building services, utilizing BIM tools for project optimization.
- Experience in MEP Coordination and knowledge of MEP systems
- Expertise in plumbing and building services
- Proficiency in using BIM for project optimization
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience in the construction industry preferred
- Relevant certifications or degrees in engineering
