Job Description
We are a knits garment export factory specializing in high-quality knitwear for international markets. Currently, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Merchandiser to be part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the merchandising process from order confirmation to shipment for export clients.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure timely production and delivery.
- Monitor production progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality standards.
- Prepare costing, negotiate prices, and ensure orders meet customer specifications.
- Source fabrics, trims, and accessories focusing on knitwear materials.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in knits garment exports merchandising.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong grasp of knit fabrics, garment construction, and export markets.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant software (MS Office, ERP systems, etc.).
