Job Description
• Senior Merchandiser with a minimum of 5-10 Years’ Experience in Knits Garments factory.
• Must have great understanding of knitted garments.
• Must know how to calculate costs for garments i.e. Gross, Trims.
• Should know how to make Run sheet, fabric program, packing list, etc.
• Prepare Time and action plan (TNA) and also sourcing plan with execution.
• Understanding the requirement of every buyer.
• Must have prior experience to deal with US & European customers.
• Command on Communication skills with Buyers.
• Strong in Follow-up for timely sourcing Fabrics, Trims/Accessories & Production.
• Overall follow-up, i.e. product development to shipment.
