Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Merchandising Lead to optimize assortment, pricing, and visual standards that drive sales and enhance the customer experience. You will manage and mentor the merchandising team, analyze sales and inventory data, implement promotions, and collaborate closely with buying, marketing, and store operations.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3+ years of merchandising experience; proven leadership; strong Excel and analytical skills; effective verbal and written communication.
