Job Description
Taraki, Pakistan’s top Executive Search Firm, is looking for a motivated Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst to join Banyan Software in Karachi. You will assist the M&A Manager in due diligence, valuation analysis, and acquisition execution. Join our dynamic team and contribute to long-term growth in software businesses!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct preliminary checks on acquisition targets
- Analyze company information for due diligence
- Run valuation models and prepare detailed reports
- Ensure compliance with due diligence processes
- Report findings to senior team members
- Collaborate on identifying acquisition opportunities
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of M&A, investment banking, or finance experience
- Experience with private equity acquisitions preferred
- Degree in finance, business, or related field
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Work hours: 1 PM to 9 PM Toronto Time
