People Perfect is actively seeking a Microwave Integration Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in Microwave Delivery as a Field Engineer. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise with RTN900/300 series equipment and demonstrate proficiency in outdoor installation and commissioning tasks. Key responsibilities include monitoring network performance, analyzing transmission statistics, and implementing necessary optimizations to enhance performance.
