Job Description
Company Overview: Our Client, a Karachi based company, is hiring experienced professionals to develop financially sustainable and scalable auto care service station models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Study, identify, and develop auto care service models to enhance market share and profitability
- Responsible for complete project solutions from design to execution
- Develop short- and long-term strategies for sales and profitability
- Collaborate with R&D to improve product offerings
Education: Minimum Master’s degree with 16 years of education in Marketing or related field
Experience: 6-8 years of professional experience in a similar role
Requirements:
- Strong presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Leadership experience in managing sales teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Collaborative mindset
Age: Not more than 40 years old
