Job Description
MIS Coordinators Role:
- Level 1 Support to DTs for LE related issues.
- LE Roll Out at new DTs.
- KPO / DSR Training for LE / HHT Usage, new modules etc.
- UAT User Acceptance Testing for LE New Modules, Bug Fixes etc.
- Trainings for Particular new projects.
- On-time support to DTs for all types of LE / Software / Hardware / Network related problems.
- Follow up for any required reports (Head office or regional requirement).
- Troubleshooting any LE / software related issues at DT end.
- Assisting Team Lead in testing of LE new releases / updates and submission of testing results to Head Office.
- Helping Team Lead in Preparation of daily / weekly / monthly data according to Regional requirement.
- Data hygiene check.
- Customer Feedback for all LE Back Office / Mobility related issues.
- Assisting Team Lead in Any special / crucial assignment.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATION: Graduation
EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years in same role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs60,00.00 per month
