Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of mobile developers for Android and iOS app development.
- Provide mentorship on best practices in mobile app development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Architect mobile apps using Java, Kotlin, and frameworks like Spring Boot.
- Oversee development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
- Ensure coding standards, security, and performance optimization.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback for efficiency.
- Stay updated on mobile development trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in mobile app development leadership.
- Proficiency in Android, iOS, Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot.
- Knowledge of app architecture, design patterns, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and motivation skills.
- Experience in managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
- Cloud services and DevOps experience are advantageous.
- Certifications in mobile app development or project management are desirable.
