Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Mobile Application/Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic Mobile Team at Unikrew Solutions (Private) Limited. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in mobile development (iOS/Android) with a strong desire to provide top-notch support for our diverse identity products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with integration of identity products into systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mobile application issues.
- Maintain clear client communication.
- Debug technical problems and ensure app security.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of mobile development experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and communication ability.
- Knowledge of APIs, databases, and app security.
