Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mobile Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile app development, with expertise in Android, iOS, and Flutter. As a Mobile Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of mobile developers, driving the development of innovative mobile applications, and ensuring the highest quality and performance. Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers, fostering collaboration and skill development.
- Architect, design, and develop mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms using Flutter for cross-platform development.
- Oversee the entire mobile app development lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other cross-functional teams to define project requirements.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, performant, and user-friendly mobile applications.
- In-depth knowledge of mobile app design patterns, best practices, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
