Job Description
Company Description: CIRCLE Women Association is a social enterprise based in Lahore dedicated to women’s economic empowerment and leadership development through advocacy, research, and entrepreneurial labs.
Role Description: This full-time on-site role requires a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to conduct activities, provide technical assistance, analyze data, and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience in system monitoring and evaluation
- Ability to provide technical assistance
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistics
The candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Knowledge of gender equality, women’s empowerment, and social impact assessment is beneficial. A bachelor’s degree is required, and a master’s degree is preferred.
