Job Description
The Monitoring Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Director is a key role responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of monitoring, evaluation, and learning initiatives within the organization. They will design and implement monitoring systems, conduct evaluations, and ensure the organization’s programs are achieving desired outcomes.
The MEL Director will lead a team to gather data, analyze results, and provide recommendations for program improvements. They will work closely with various stakeholders to communicate findings and drive strategic decision-making based on evidence and data.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential for this role. The ideal candidate should have a background in research, evaluation methodologies, and project management.
