Job Description
The Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Officer is responsible for overseeing the monitoring and evaluation activities of our organization. This role involves collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing recommendations for program improvements.
The MEL Officer will work closely with project teams to ensure that monitoring and evaluation plans are implemented effectively. They will also collaborate with external stakeholders to gather information and assess the impact of our programs.
The ideal candidate for this position should have strong analytical and data management skills. They should be proficient in using monitoring and evaluation tools and software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for effectively communicating findings and recommendations.
