Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and talented individual to join our team as an MS D365 CRM Technical Consultant. As a technical consultant, you will be responsible for providing consultation and technical support to clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Your main duties will include customizing and configuring the CRM system based on client requirements, designing and developing CRM solutions, and providing technical expertise throughout various stages of the implementation process. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing training and support to end-users.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Proficiency in developing customizations, configurations, and integrations
- Solid understanding of CRM concepts and best practices
