Job Description
Crowe Hussain Chaudhury & Co. is looking to engage an MS. Office Specialist for its Lahore office.
Job Type: Full-time/Permanent
Position: 01
Location: Lahore
Salary Package: This will be based on the applicant’s profile and relevant experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Should have completed graduation level
- Good command of MS. Excel (Should know how to format and print excel files having large accounts)
- Good command of MS. Word (Should know how to play with document’s general formatting etc)
- Should be fluent with the keyboard. Knowing the shortcut commands of MS Office will be a plus.
- Should be comfortable with handling printers and scanners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Composing, formatting, and printing of MS. Excel and MS. Word files on a daily basis
- Keeping inventory records of office stationery and getting it printed once needed
- Checking office printers and scanners regularly and getting them fixed once needed
- Adhering to standard guidelines in composing official documents
- Dispatching required documents
Required Skillset:
- Computer literate
- Proficient at using MS Office, especially MS. Excel and MS. Word
- Should have a basic idea of using printers and scanners
