Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer and Chat Support Junior to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to kick start their career in customer service and support. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, and resolve customer concerns or issues.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting technical problems and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and provide feedback to improve products/services based on customer insights.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes and resources.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior internship experience is a plus point.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of customer support principles and practices is a plus.
