Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an MTO-Human Resource (Management Trainee Officer).
As an MTO-Human Resource, you will be responsible for assisting the HR department in various tasks such as recruitment and selection, training and development, employee relations, and administrative support.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
