Job Description
Brief Job Description:
- Assist in the formulation and preparation of rubber compounds according to specified recipes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and troubleshoot any issues.
- Coordinate with the rubber testing lab & QA to ensure production quality standards.
Education & Experience:
- B.Sc. in Polymer Engineering from a reputable institution (preferably U.E.T. / P.U.) with 1-2 years of experience is required.
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
