Job Description
Zeta Technologies is seeking qualified candidates for the MTO NOC position. This role involves 24/7 Network Management System operations, ticket management, and communication with global client NOCs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your tasks will include provisioning, troubleshooting Level 2 issues, and managing complaints through our ticket system.
Job Specifications
A degree in Electrical/Telecom Engineering or equivalent is required. Shift work is mandatory.
Location
This position is based at our Corporate Office in I-9/3, Islamabad. We are looking to fill 2 positions.
