Job Description
Position Purpose
To assist and provide video recording/conferencing and SMD support to the faculty, staff, and students in academic and non-academic events.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide SMD support to students and staff, managing audio equipment and ensuring its functionality after office hours and on weekends.
- Record lectures and events; facilitate webcasting/recording requests after office hours and on weekends.
- Assist classroom staff with multimedia issues on a daily basis.
- Provide video conferencing and Zoom support to faculty and staff.
- Manage phone calls, log and allocate tickets at the Helpdesk, and provide appropriate solutions to customers.
- Coordinate with other IST colleagues as and when required.
Knowledge And Skills
- Audio/Video and multimedia troubleshooting and support knowledge.
- SMD screens operational knowledge.
- IT and customer support knowledge.
- Good English communication skills.
- Problem-solving approach.
- Customer-orientated behaviors.
To Apply For The Role, You Must Have
- At least Intermediate/Bachelor from an HEC-recognized university (Preferred).
- Audio/Video knowledge or relevant training.

04 PM to 09 PM
