Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a National Distribution Manager located in Karachi. The National Distribution Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the distribution of products across the country, coordinating with regional managers and sales teams, developing strategies to increase distribution and sales, managing budgets, and analyzing market trends.
Qualifications
- Experience in distribution management, preferably in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales and distribution strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and distribution software
