To reinforce our Commercial team, we are looking for a National Sales Manager Pakistan.
Mission and Key Tasks:
- Pakistan-wide sales experience in the consumer goods category, within the diaper industry is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth in key accounts, modern trade, and general trade channels.
- Hands-on experience from the lowest level of sales organization (order booker) to senior management levels combined with execution excellence.
- Strong distributor management capability with solid experience driving reputable distributors in the market.
- Solid reputation in the market with the ability to attract high-quality distribution partners and sales professionals to his team.
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to drive adoption of data tools to the sales team.
- People leadership skills that balance motivation and capability development with low tolerance for underperformance.
Background and Experience:
- 15 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years in FMCG sales/key account management in a similar capacity (experience in hygienic disposables markets would be an advantage).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar national sales management role.
