Job Description

The National Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales strategies, specifically for Power Generation (PG) and Oil & Gas customers at SAF International Pakistan. Key responsibilities include managing sales efforts, setting and achieving sales targets, territory assignments, leading the sales engineering team, and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales efforts for PG and Oil & Gas customers nationwide
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans, revising based on trends
  • Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Organize territory assignments for optimal customer engagement
  • Lead and mentor the sales engineers, monitor sales progress
  • Build relationships with key clients, prepare sales reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7-10 years of sales management experience in PG or Oil & Gas sectors
  • Strong understanding of gas turbines, air filters, and related technologies
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
  • Ability to manage a team and willingness to travel
