Job Description
Qualification: Masters in Agriculture (minimum) along with MBA (preferred)
Requirements:
- 6+ years of sales team managerial experience at the national level
- Strong strategic, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and digital communication tools
- Willingness to travel
- Location: Lahore (preferred) or willing to relocate to Lahore
Job Descriptions:
- Developing comprehensive national sales policies to drive revenue growth
- Motivate, mentor, and lead diverse business units across Pakistan
- Have good knowledge of crop cycles and cropping patterns
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align strategies and initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
- Stay informed about the company’s agrochemical products and technologies
