Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our mobile accessories’ products across the country. As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the mobile accessories industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
