Job Description
Abacus Consulting is seeking a dynamic Negotiation Specialist to enhance our customer service operations. The ideal candidate will interact with customers, addressing inquiries about our products and services while strengthening relationships to ensure competitive service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide and process information in response to customer inquiries.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Communicate and resolve service-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure a positive customer experience leading to high QA scores.
Requirements:
- A Levels/Intermediate or above.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- American or neutral accent.
Salary & Benefits: Up to $75,00 with medical facilities.
Working Hours: US timings (5 days a week).
